Rihanna speaks after photo leaked

Pop star Rihanna has issued a statement thanking fans for their support after an alleged assault by her R&B singer boyfriend Chris Brown.

However, she declined to comment on a leaked photograph which appears to show her with facial injuries.

"At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown," the star said via her spokesperson.

"She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong."
'Saddened'

Brown was questioned by police on 8 February over a complaint of assault.

Police said the 19-year-old got into an argument with an unidentified woman in a parked car in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, which escalated after they left the vehicle.

Both Brown and Rihanna pulled out of that night's Grammy awards, where they had been due to perform.

He has since said he was "sorry and saddened" by the incident and was seeking counselling.

Prosecutors have asked police to provide more information before deciding what charges, if any, to pursue against him

Rihanna Still in Love With Chris Brown

Rihanna could date all the guys she wants to, but according to new reports her heart still belongs to Chris Brown. She is apparently still in love with Chris Brown who has to stay 100ft away from her for 5 years according to his probation. “She gets missing Chris and the s**t starts all over,” a source told OK! Magazine. “A kiss and a slap, a kiss and a slap. Right now, she’s feeling strong. But she’s switched gears in the past and taken him back.” No matter how much she loves him it's probably best she stay away from him for the time being. Rihanna didn't even think the restraining order was necessary. “Though Rihanna does not object to the sentence, she did feel it was unnecessary to have the restraining order in place for five years,” Rihanna's lawyer said.“She really doesn’t see the necessity of keeping an entire football field-length between them,” an insider added. “She’s forgiven him. And he is remorseful.” Chris recently revealed that he is still in love Rihanna as well. Do you guys think Chris and Rihanna will get back together?
